Members of Parliament spend £1.4m on Exotic Trips while Millions can’t afford a Dignified Life

“How MPs’ foreign junkets have cost taxpayers £1.4m: Accounts show bill for ten trips topped £40,000 each” – Full article: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2224541/How-MPs-foreign-junkets-cost-taxpayers-1-4m-Accounts-trips-topped-40-000-each.html#ixzz2AlDu01lE

So here we have some members of Parliament taking some very expensive trips, racking up a total of nearly £1.4million. Quite an obvious example of the corruption taking place within the current system, which we are allowing. I mean, when we’ve got most of the world’s population who can’t afford to have a dignified life, and then individuals who are spending millions on trips, there is an obvious disparity there. We all have agreed on the current money system, whether we realize it or not, because we’re busy participating in it, and our participation in it and acceptance of it is our agreement to it. It is like some sick joke we’re playing on ourselves, by allowing a few to horde most of the money in the world, while this directly means that others are going to go without.

I mean, we know this, we know there is corruption and greed, and that a very small few have way more than they could possibly ever use in a hundred lifetimes, while thousands are busy starving every day. And there is no possible justification for this. No matter how ‘philanthropic’ one might try to be, by donating to charities for example, that is not real caring, because real caring would be to make sure that all has enough from the very moment they enter into this world, til the moment they depart. But they won’t do that because they want to hold on to their money which is their ticket to an extravagant lifestyle, even if it means that billions suffer, because they haven’t realized that we can All actually live like Millionaires.

In an Equal Money System, this is the foundation principle, that all are equally supported and none are left out, within the realization that You would Not want to be the One Left Out. And within this, ensuring that All live a life of the Utmost Quality. Where everything that’s produced is of the best quality, because there is no actual reason to create anything of lesser quality. I mean, that is abuse. It’s massive abuse that we cause and do to ourselves.

In the case of these MP’s taking expensive trips to exotic places on ‘inquiries’ – will these ‘inquiries’ lead to creating a world that is best for all? Is it money well spent? No, because no one is calling for an actual change to the current money system. In a world with the technology and ability of internet communication is it necessary to go take a trip somewhere to have a discussion? It’s not. In the Equal Money System, we’ll utilize our technology in the interest of all life. See, there’s nothing wrong about enjoying traveling to places, it’s that it’s not cool to be taking exotic trips around the world that cost millions, when we haven’t first sorted out the suffering that we’re allowing, and make sure that we aren’t massively screwing billions of beings, not to mention the very environment we depend upon to live and to have these nice places to vacation to. That’s just pure evil. So, first we sort out this world that we’ve created by sorting out our economic system, and implanting one that actually supports everyone, as the Equal Money System, and then we can all have fun for real.

When we actually take real care of our world/environment, everywhere will be a nice place, and you won’t have to travel to go to someplace nice, though one might still like to travel and visit/learn about/explore different places in the world. But it won’t be about allowing most of the world to be disregarded, so that there’s just a few nice spots here and there. We should be taking care of everywhere. And government jobs should not be about taking vacations to those places, but should be actual administration of facilitating the distribution of resources to all of humanity and ensuring effective care of our world/environment, as it’s our home and we depend on it to live. Visit the Equal Money website and wiki to learn more about the Equal Money System and to see the foundational policies that lay out the blueprint for a system that actually supports life, through taking responsibility to sort out the mess we’ve created here and transforming our economic system from one that feeds on life, to one that cares for life in all ways.

Radiation Detected on the West Coast- What To DO??

.

Radiation from Japan has been detected on the West Coast of the United States. At this point, the UN is claiming that the levels of radiation are far below dangerous levels. However, since the World Health Organization and the International Atomic Energy Agency have had a long-standing relationship, I would think twice before trusting the UN on anything they have to say about nuclear energy. Here’s a quote from an article written by Oliver Tickell from The Guardian in 2009:

.

“Fifty years ago, on 28 May 1959, the World Health Organisation’s assembly voted into force an obscure but important agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency – the United Nations “Atoms for Peace” organisation, founded just two years before in 1957. The effect of this agreement has been to give the IAEA an effective veto on any actions by the WHO that relate in any way to nuclear power – and so prevent the WHO from playing its proper role in investigating and warning of the dangers of nuclear radiation on human health.” Read the full article here.

.

So you see, what happens in this world, happens to us all. It doesn’t matter if it happens in Japan or the Gulf of Mexico- we live in a closed system- the effects, the outflows and consequences, reach us all eventually- thus it’s in our best interest to consider what is going on this world, in all parts.

.

We need to come together as a group and work together on these points. For so long we have been separated from each other, fighting each other, killing each other, harming each other, really we have done everything horrible you can imagine.

.

And now we suffer the consequences which are growing everyday and will continue to do so until we actually stand up and have a look at what we’re doing, and consider the consequences- realize how we are abusing each other, so that we can finally stop. How many are going to suffer horrifically from this radiation? How many are suffering from any number of vicious problems that are happening in this world, constantly.

..

It’s time we stand up and stop this. It is not beyond us, it is not ‘too difficult’ it is not ‘impossible’ to stop- of course it’s not- because we are the ones doing it- it’s simply a matter of just stopping.

.

How bad do things have to get before we’ll consider just what it is we’re doing here, and just what matters? Let’s not let it become too late.

.

.

The first thing we can do is implement an Equal Money System- this will ‘free us up’ from the ‘survival game’ so that we can actually slow down and get out of the ‘rat race’ and actually have the time to consider things. Like using nuclear power, for example- it’s probably something we should’ve never used, but we bought it because we wanted more power, and ‘they told us’ it was safe and they told us it’s an improvement and will make your life better, they sold it to our self interest and the human bought it. And now look at Japan, and remember Chernobyl..

.

Why is it we haven’t developed any safer method of energy? Does it have anything to do with that the Electric Utilities is in the top third industry for highest total amount of money spent on lobbying from 1998 to 2010, for a whopping total of $1,417,601,382? In 2010 alone, $191,304,085 was spent on lobbying.

.

So, how much do you have to lobby for an alternative? Yeah…

.

This is exactly why we need an Equal Money System- so that our system can no longer be controlled and dictated only by those with the money, which is of course the ones who own the businesses, and therefore, are going to use that money to support their businesses! Not You or Me or Life period. That’s why and how the world’s resources are being consumed faster than can be regenerated (which by the way we need those resources to be able to live, otherwise we DIE).

.

.

So for those of you who’d like to Live, and Live in a world where we can consider common sense what’s best for Life- Support an Equal Money System. Stand Up and Speak Out! Be the Change you want to see in this World- it won’t happen any other way, and when you are at the end of your life-

.

-will you look back and see that you did everything you could to leave this world better than you found it?

Camden and Philadelphia Fire Forces Strapped for Cash- Don’t Catch Fire! and Support an Equal Money System

February 19, 2011 Leave a comment

In an article by The Inquirer called “Phila. firefighters to aid Camden in catastrophe”, it’s talking about how the city of Camden asked the city of Philadelphia for assistance, since Camden had to cut one third of it’s fire force.

There is already an agreement in place, since 2008, in which both cities have agreed to help each other in such an emergency as a terrorist attack or natural disaster.

So, they recently held a meeting in which they solidified the plan in place for Camden to be able to request assistance when all their other resources have been depleted, meaning South Jersey fire companies.

The union president of Philadelphia’s firefighters, Bill Gault, said he’d support Philadelphia firefighters going to Camden’s aide only in the case of an airplane flying into a building, because Philadelphia is “cut to the bone” and can’t afford to lend their firefighters. “New Jersey has to fix its problems, and Philadelphia needs to fix its problems,” Gault said. “We are underprotected.”

So, here is yet another example of the ineffectiveness of the current money system where it’s a lack of money, not a lack of labor, that we’re not able to provide sufficient fire protection. How many people will this affect? Will more people die due to lack of sufficient coverage? Obviously when you look at the situation, wherever you are living, you’d like to know that there is sufficient fire fighter coverage in case you find yourself in an emergency.

When you’re in an emergency situation, to have somebody show up to help you out- that is quite cool- and many in this world do not have that, and now even here in the states it’s slipping, finally the failures of the current system are encroaching ever closer and we are actually starting to feel the pinch of the system that has already caused so many to suffer, and still many suffer even right now, and it’ll only get worse until we finally address the situation, and correct it, so that we can have a system in which we are able to fully function, not a system where we can’t have enough firefighters, not because we lack resources, or labor, but because we lack money, which is just bits of paper or digital numbers on a screen. That is why the Equal Money System is proposed, so that money can be directed in ways that support us, rather than limit us, because that makes sense.

Another interesting point in the article, is how Philadelphia and Camden tested out a technical device that they got after 9/11, that allows them to communicate with each other despite being on different frequencies, allowing them to better communicate with each other to coordinate in emergencies. Having the ability to communicate with each other is a cool point to be effective in dealing with emergency situations.

In looking at what else is compatible between them, they found that Philadelphia’s hoses are not compatible with Camden’s hydrants! So, here is a point where it’d be cool to have a specific standard, so that you don’t have compatibility issues and can therefore make most efficient use of the equipment we have. Just one point to consider within the point of making products and tools that actually can last a long time.
